How to play

The basic order of a round:

1. Order: take the order and clip the ticket to the rail.
2. Griddle: cook pancakes, French toast or waffles, whichever the ticket asks for. Each item has to be flipped at the right moment, and leaving it too long burns it.
3. Build: stack the finished items and add the toppings the customer asked for, in the amounts on the ticket.
4. Drink: pour the drink to order.
5. Serve: hand the plate over and see how you did.

Because you can be at only one station at a time, the real skill is the shuffle: start food cooking, go and take the next order, then come back and flip before it burns.

Tips

• Get the food on the griddle early, before you build anything else. Cooking is the slowest step, so it should start first.
• Read the ticket again at the build station. Missing or extra toppings cost more than a slightly imperfect stack.
• When several customers are waiting, work on the order that will take longest to cook, and finish quick drinks in the gaps.
• Your saves live in this browser, so use the same browser and profile each time. Clearing site data will erase your slots.
